Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man.

Maureen Colgan circa 1974 when I was into copying John Constable's famous landscape paintings. The one behind Maureen was done in a day. Fortunately for me it's in the dark. It measured four foot by Three foot approx.
The frame was given to me by a construction worker friend who said he found it dumped outside a shop in Manchester, when he was passing in his ford truck early one morning.

The picture was sold decades ago, so it was not that bad an effort. An oil sketch really.
